Bailey, Ruth Ann Quinn, July 3, 1944 - October 20, 2019. She was born and raised in Seymour, Indiana.
She graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science in Education in 1966.
In 1970, Ruth Ann settled in the Tampa area with her family where she obtained employment with the US Postal Service and retired after 20 years of service.
Ruth Ann is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Stephen Bailey; her son Nate (Gillian) Bailey; her daughter Laura Bailey; two sisters, Elsie (Dave) Abel and Ruby Kindred; and her sister-in-laws, Martha Quinn and Susan (Warren) Elliott.
