MIGUEL, Roy Alan, 67, passed away at home on December 9, 2020. He was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. Roy retired from Hillsborough County Water Department. He enjoyed raising animals, four wheeling, and hanging out with his many friends. Roy is survived by; his brother Jerry Miguel and wife Patricia, his sister Hilma Fisher, and extended family.
