Rosalie Shumate, 100, of Tampa passed away, October 29, 2020. She was born on May 10, 1920 in Beaver, WV. Rosalie was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Millard. She is survived by her son, Ronnie Shumate; daughter, Linda (Kip) Powell; three grandchildren, Ben, Becky, and Caitlin; and two great-grandsons, Lawrence and Theodore. Rosalie was kind and caring to all she met and would tell wonderful stories of growing up in West Virginia. She was greatly loved, and her presence will be missed.
