12/30/2021: I helped process and close what became the last of many successful loan closings that Lynn and I worked on together. Collaborating with Lynn was a joy; despite the never-ending challenges we faced in the mortgage industry, he always maintained a confident and optimistic outlook. I'm certain this was inflected in all aspects of his life. I loved working with Lynn and will miss him tremendously. He will not soon be forgotten and is that "one-of-a-kind" individual. My sincere condolences go out to all his friends, family and Carolina.  May you all find peace and strength.

I first met Lynn at a new office i had rented he was the leasing agent.  I loved the fact that he was very direct and did not beat around the bush.  We became friends and partners in different ventures.  He also became my customer.  Sometimes when we would have issues on a job. That directness and straight forward attitude was not easy, in other words he would deservingly tear into me. 

Once the jobs were completed though Lynn was a wonderful person, he was understanding to some of the younger guys that were working with us and would mentor and guide them.  You could tell that he cared, he would ask about them to see how they were doing, even offer some of them work on the side to help them out. 

Lynn, helped my family on many occasions with real estate, financing and general financial guidance. He helped my daughter and son buy houses, in more ways than one. Lynn was a resourceful and great realtor.

Just by Lynn touching my life he helped so many people that i know. It was my pleasure to have known Lynn and have him a part of my life. I will miss my friend and our talks on politics finances and just general conversations that we had often.

I love my Father so very much. He was the best Daddy a girl could ever ask for. He loved strong and laughed hard. He cared deeply and helped with all he gad. He built me up and helped me become the woman I am today. He never gave up on me. I could not ask for a better wife for him than Carolina. I thank you with all of my heart for loving my Dad so very much. You brought out the best of him and shared so much happiness with him. I know your loss is great. You will be my family forever. I love you. May you find peace and serenity and feel his love and concern in these hardest days of your life.❤
