He was a loving and giving man and friend to all he met. Rodolfo enjoyed spending time with his family and being at his son’s ranch. He found peace in the country and was always working with his hands to build improvements for the ranch. Even when it became hard for him to complete work himself, he would proudly proclaim that he was the “supervisor” as he watched over his son and grandson while they worked on the ranch.
His greatest source of pride was his family and his grandchildren. Rodolfo spent time listening to Latin music and you could often find him singing the songs. In his early days, he played the guitar and sang at many parties with his friends and family. His friendship will be missed by many.
Rodolfo grew up in Cuba and loved his country very much. When Communism came to the country, he heroically placed himself in danger to help many people escape and flee to America. When he later moved to Tampa, he opened a Dental Laboratory there with his son. He worked as a Dental Technician for over 70 years before retiring.
He is survived by the love of his life, Lidia Molina, who he was married to for 64 years. Also, his daughter Isabel Bombino and son Rodolfo J. Molina (Betty wife), and grandchildren, R. Matthew Molina and Elizabeth Molina. Survived by his sister Maria del Carmen "Cuca" Molina and sister-in-law Milagros Molina. He is preceded in death by his brothers Horacio Molina and Sergio "Macho" Molina.
Following Rodolfo’s wishes he was cremated and his immediate family will celebrate his life privately.
