Robert D. Pannell, 86, passed away on November 17, 2011. He served in the Philippines during WWII and was the former owner of Ann’s Health Foods in South Tampa. Robert is survived by his wife Alice, sons Jerry, Randy and Scott, and daughter Sandy.
