As a young man, he served in the United States Army. Bob worked in the telecommunication industry most of his career. His young son Robbie precedes him in death. Bob is survived by Adrienne, his beloved wife of 61 years, 3 daughters, 1 brother, 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many other close family members - all who will greatly miss his steadfastness, kindness and humor.
A private, family Funeral Service will be held at 10 am, Saturday, March 7, 2020 at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories with an Interment to follow at the Garden of Memories Cemetery, 4207 E. Lake Ave., Tampa, FL 33610. In lieu of flowers, feel free to make a donation to the American Cancer Society, Moffitt Cancer Center or the Alzheimer’s Association in his honor.
