Looney, Robert C., 60, of Lutz, Florida entered into rest on Tuesday, September 29, 2015. He was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. Robert proudly served in the United States Navy as a Chief Petty Officer from which he retired. During his service in the Navy he was deployed to the Middle East twice. Robert leaves behind his beloved wife, Kathy Looney; two daughters, Kerri Rivera (Danny) and Erin Looney; and six grandchildren, Anthony Maggio, Aleah Maggio, Aizaya Maggio, Ava Rivera, Ayden Rivera, and Von Danger Stous. A memorial service will be held at 2pm on Saturday, October 3 at Blount & Curry Funeral Home Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W Bearss Ave, Tampa; family will start receiving guests at 1pm.
