With heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Robert Eng, age 74, on Friday, May 3, 2024. Born in New York, Robert lived a life filled with love, laughter, and unwavering devotion to his family. He is survived by his beloved wife, Millie Eng; his daughters, Samantha Eng, and Heather Catalano; Heather’s husband, Nick Catalano; and his cherished granddaughter, Layla Sage Catalano.
Robert's legacy is one of kindness, dedication, and an enduring commitment to those he held dear. His gentle spirit and warm smile brightened the lives of everyone who knew him. He had a unique ability to make people laugh, feel at ease in his company, and create joy in even the simplest moments, leaving a profound impact on his family and friends.
A celebration of life gathering will be held to honor Robert on Thursday, May 16, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Blount & Curry Funeral Home Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W Bearss Ave, Florida 33618. Following this gathering, a celebration of life service will take place from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location.
