Peter Leigh Plumey (Petie) Beloved grandson, son, uncle, brother and friend passed away the evening of Friday, December 15, 2017 at the age of 35. Peter who was born in Jersey City on August 16, 1982 lived a life full of family, friends and laughter. His dedication to those he loved was only surmounted by joy that he brought to everyone’s lives. Peter spent most of his life in NYC, where he made a career working for the Manhattan District Attorney’s office. Peter leaves behind, a Grandmother, Grandfather, Father, two sisters, a brother, seven nephews and a niece. Peter, whose light shined so brightly in this life, will be missed by anyone who ever had the privilege of knowing him. Peter will be laid to rest in Tampa Florida where many members of his family currently reside. A funeral service will take place at 5pm on Friday, December 29, 2017 at Blount & Curry Funeral Home Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W Bearss Ave, Tampa, FL 33618; family will start receiving guests at 3pm.
