Minnie Lee Williams

WILLIAMS, Minnie, 83 of Tampa went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, December 20, 2017. She was born September 20, 1934 in Lamont, FL, the daughter of James and Rosebud Finlayson. Minnie lived her life as a loving wife and mother. She had a caring and generous spirit and was well loved by all who knew her. Even though she will be dearly missed, her love will live on forever within our hearts. She was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Williams, Sr. Survivors include her sons, James F. Williams, Jr. and wife Carol, Michael Williams and wife Diane, Rodney Williams and wife Remelda and Kenneth Williams and wife Maria; her daughters, Jacqueline Tyson and husband Thomas, Valerie Wilson and fiancé Michael Kirlew and Bridgette Williams and fiancé Malone Blake; her brother, James Finlayson and wife Mary Jane; and her sister, Etha Mae German and husband Jesse. Minnie is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation from 6-8 p.m., Friday, December 29, 2017 at Blount & Curry, Terrace Oaks Chapel, 12690 N 56th St, Temple Terrace. A Home Going Service for Minnie will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 4008 E.
