AuBuchon, Michael G., 55 of Temple Terrace passed away Sunday, September 27, 2015. He is survived by his loving wife, Renee; sons, Tyler and John; father, Leon; brother, Peter (Maureen) and many loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Irene. Michael was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and was a lifelong devout and passionate Steelers fan. He was also a proud graduate of Tampa Catholic High School. Michael completed both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in architecture at the University of Florida and was an architect with Rañon and Partners, Inc., Architects for over 22 years becoming the managing partner. Michael worked on numerous, meaningful projects including St. Joseph’s Hospital North and several Hillsborough and Sarasota County high schools. Michael and Renee met at a local architecture firm while he was completing his internship. They were married for over 24 years, during which Michael was a loving, and extraordinarily devoted husband and father. Michael was a devout Catholic and a member of The Catholic Student Center at USF. He will be greatly missed by family, friends, and coworkers. A funeral mass will be held at The Catholic Student Center at USF (13005 N. 50th Street) on Saturday, October 3 at 10:00am. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Michael’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
