She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Mel Byrd Sr.; grandmother, Opal Crider; father-in-law, Jose Tony Rodriguez. Survivors include her husband Alex; two sons, Delon, Alex “Boo Boo”; daughter, Destinee; mother, Rose McNamara; father, Jim McNamara;biological father Billy Putman; brother, Steven; two sisters, Donna, Rose and husband Jose; mother-in-law, Rosalia Rodriguez; brothers-in-law, Pedro and wife Ileana, Anthony and wife Glenda, David and wife Jessy, Edgar and wife Sara, Cheto; sisters-in-law, Rosa, Hogla, Milca; nieces and nephews, Amber, Darrian, Anthony, Madaline, Jose, Shianne, Ariana, Jonathan, Daniel, Diego, Jesalyn, Gabriel; uncle, Mel Byrd and wife Katie; cousins, Michael and Liz Byrd; and many loving friends. A funeral service will be held 12 p.m. Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at Gonzalez Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
