BRASWELL, Maureen, 84, passed away on March 23, 2017 in Tampa, FL. Maureen was born in York, England and was a past member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 139. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Bill Braswell; daughters Vanessa Deal (William White) and Marjorie-Jo Comfort (Marc Gumbiner); granddaughter Stephanie Bass (Johnny); great-grandchildren Delaynie and Peyton Bass; brother Allwyne Cowles (Myra); sister-in-law Patricia Cowles as well as various cousins, nieces and nephews in all of Europe. A visitation will take place on Monday, April 3, 2017 from 5 to 8PM at Gonzalez Funeral Home.
