CARROLL, Mary Catherine, 80, passed away on January 23, 2022. She was born February 18, 1941 in Tampa, Florida. Mary graduated from Hillsborough High School in 1959. After graduation, she began her 30 year career with GTE, retiring in 1989. In 1962 she married the love of her life, W. Allen Carroll.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, W. Allen Carroll; parents, Lloyd and Mary Henderson. Survivors include her brother, Rick Henderson (Gwen); several nieces, nephews, and cousins; dear friends, Paula Hanlon, Diane Miller.
A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, February 7, 2022 at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories, Tampa, Florida. Interment to follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
