KUCHTA, Mark R., 49, of Tampa, passed away Sunday, September 7, 2014. He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Kuchta and his brother, Michael Kuchta. Mark is survived by his mother, Barbara Kuchta; sister, Dawn Uzzolino (Gary) and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Services private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mark’s memory to a charity of choice.
