Linda Marsha Strickland

Linda Marsha Strickland, born in Tampa, Florida, on September 22, 1960, passed away on June 3, 2024. Linda was preceded in death by her father, Albert Money, her mother, Winifred Money, her brother, Douglas Money, and her sister, Maryann Money. She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas Strickland, her devoted children, Steven Hoschak, Tracey Malone, Tommy Strickland, and Cynthia Blount, as well as her ten cherished grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Linda is also survived by her lifelong friend and chosen sister, Joyce McMullen, and her longtime friend, Jorge Burgos. Her family and friends were a source of great joy and fulfillment throughout her life.

Linda worked as a garage attendant supervisor at Tampa International Airport, where she was known for her dedication, hard work, and leadership. She was a selfless person who found great enjoyment in helping others, always going out of her way to lend a hand or offer support. Linda had a true passion for helping animals, and her love for them was evident in her many acts of kindness and care.

Linda’s legacy of love, kindness, and selflessness will continue to inspire all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of her family and friends.

A celebration of Linda's life will take place on at 3:30pm on Friday, June 14, 2024 at Blount and Curry Carrollwood, located at 3207 W. Bearss Ave. Tampa, FL. 33618. The family will begin to welcome friends and family starting at 3pm. There will also be a reception gathering following the service that all are welcome in sharing loving memories of Linda.
