My wife Jenny and I are profoundly sorry for your loss. I was blessed to work with Kristina at Caminiti for the last couple of years. Her unending enthusiasm, love, caring and joy were unending and always appreciated. She had an ability to deal with some of the most difficult situations I’ve ever seen and make the situation great. Kristina was always a beautiful soul, loved everyone deeply. She was always smiling and laughing. Let us take a page from her book, and be the things we loved most about her. May God bring the family peace and comfort during this difficult moment.

I am speechless.    All I think about when I think of Kristina is a beautiful smiling face, hugging me and just being the nicest person in the room.   I am so sorry for the loss that  her beautiful family is having to endure.   I cannot even begin to imagine the pain that is being felt by all who were lucky to be around  her during her  years of life.    May she rest in complete peace.  

Kristina, you were love and light and pure sunshine, Always. Thank you for sharing it so unconditionally and generously with all of us. Sending my very deepest sympathy to your family.

Kristina, my sweetheart, you were one of the sweetest girls I’ve ever  met. Your smile lit the room wherever you were. My heart is so saddened by your departure from us. Please work with the Big Guy up above to grant your mom and grandma, and to all the Saavedra and Fernandez family inner peace as they March through this very painful journey, the journey of missing you, the journey of wishing to see your smiling face again. Please ask God also to protect your boy, to guide him in your image and to soften the pain of your loss. You are, and will ever be, enjoying the Grace of God from now on. You left a Saavedra mark in me, indelible, and I will always keep you in my heart.

Kristina was the most selfless human that I have ever met. She 100% would always put the needs of others before her own. Didn’t matter who it was. All she wanted was to help and love people. She did it unintentionally without expecting anything in return. She radiated light. Even when going through her own trials and struggles she always found a way to smile and love. She was a devoted mom, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and just an exceptional human. She wasn’t just my sister in law she was my sister. We had our drama filled moments like all siblings do but we also had our sisterly moments. It’s going to be very difficult to navigate life without her. I miss our conversations, I miss hearing her laugh, I miss her quirkiness, I miss her hugs, I just miss her. 
I pray that from heaven because honestly it’s the only place a soul like hers could reside,  she continue watching over her son, my brother, her mom, and all of us that love & miss her severely . I 
continue to pray for comfort and peace for the family during these times. We love you Kristina, thank you for loving us all and blessing us with your light! 

I worked with Kristina at Caminiti Exceptional Center. Her cheerfulness and laugh were my favorite, and I was honored enough to experience it daily. The love she spread through the Caminiti halls was incredible - if Kristina was in a bad mood, no one would ever know because her light of happiness was always glowing. All of this has been hard to swallow and accept, we need her joy, her encouragement, her will to love all people. My heart goes out to her husband, son, and family - I wish them peace during this devasting time. 

Kristina's work in the ESE world will always be appreciated and remembered; she has taught many of us how to care and love more - that is an exceptional trait to have. We love you, Kristina!

Kristina was the bright light in everyones  life. She would do whatever she could to make soneone happy. Always putting other needs before her own.  I know our students and staff at Caminiti will feel her loss. Even in her pain she strived to be postive. I will pray for her family especially for her  husband and son. They were her world. Watch over us Kristina and send positive vibes. I love you and will do my best to honor your memory. Till we meet again my sweet friend.

I knew Kristina from the USF days and she was always a sweet and kind person.  Last time I saw her was her baby shower and I do not doubt what an amazing wife and mom she was as she was always a sweet person.  I am truly saddened to hear about her loss and my thoughts and prayers are with her family.  May she rest in peace.
