Kelsey Elise Rouse, 27, passed away in Tampa, FL on November 20, 2021. She is survived by her parents, Clyde and Brenda Rouse and her brothers Ian and Connor Rouse. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Kelsey’s name to either Are You Safe Inc. or the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. Arrangements entrusted to Gonzalez Funeral Home.
