Karen was born in Tampa, FL to Larry & Shirley Barneycastle on February 24, 1967. She went to school in Tampa. Karen married Michael W. Schildt on August 30, 2003 in Tampa, FL. She worked as a nurse for over 20 years.
Karen is survived by her loving parents, Larry & Shirley Barneycastle; her husband, Michael Schildt; her daughters, Alyssa & Nicole Insco; her new son in law, Dominque E. Williams; her pride and joy, grandson Isaiah Elias Williams; her wonderful sister, Melinda Diaz and her family; and many caring cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A Funeral will be held from 4-6pm on Saturday October 23, 2021 at Blount & Curry Funeral Home Oldsmar West Hillsborough at 6802 Silvermill Dr. Tampa FL 33635.
Memorial contributions in Karen's honor may be given to the Humane Society.
