Karen Allison Miller

Arrived May 14, 1958 in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Sadly departed us naturally and peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones at Sturgill Hospice, Florida on January 9, 2023.

Predeceased by her parents Henry and Mary Shichowy of Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada.

Karen will be missed every minute of every day by the love of her life, soulmate and husband of 33 years Brad Miller.

Loved and cherished by her siblings and family: Lynn Reid (Regan), Wayne Shichowy (Sharon), JoAnn Skalosky (Richard).

The most incredible aunt to Haley and Tessa, Isla and Will, Taylor and Alexandra, Erin, Emily, Elysse and Evan.

Admired and cherished daughter-in-law to Shelagh Miller (Dave-deceased), sister-in-law to the Miller family Julie, Holly, Tim, Wayne (Tammy),and Lisha.

Karen was unforgettable to anyone who crossed her path. She touched and loved so many beyond her family as a friend, neighbor, and member of her community, with her kindness, generosity and humor.

Together with Brad she co-founded The Bingo Company, where her smile and radiance resulted in everlasting friendships.

She made everything more beautiful. An incredible decorator, any space she was a part of was simply lovely. Amazing in the kitchen and a superb hostess, Karen made any time spent together special. She will be remembered fondly in her community for her extraordinary celebrations for Halloween and passionate love of animals.

There are no words to describe how much she will be missed. She was the bright light in our family.

My beloved wife, we created our world together, and the inconceivable void that remains will never be filled.
