Justin was born in Tampa to Tina and Bruce Baker on January 11, 1980. He graduated from Gaither High School where he was a member of the State Championship 4 by 800 Track Team. He attended Troy State University and received his AA in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Human Services from HCC. He worked for Tampa Crossroads for 10 years where he coordinated with the Department of Veterans Affairs, Continuum of Care, as well as City and County officials in housing the homeless. He was responsible for initiating a partnership with Progressive Insurance that provided vehicles for homeless veterans.
Justin is preceded in death by his father, Bruce Baker, grandmother and grandfather, Elmer and Elsie Tamasovich, grandfather Ray Baker, and uncle Dennis Tamasovich.
Justin is survived by his mother, Tina Dieck, stepfather Joseph Dieck, sisters Sara Stringfellow and Jordan Foster, brother Wayne Dieck, aunt Diane Pal, uncle Ted Tamasovich & his wife Judy. Justin is also survived by numerous loving family members and his partner, Rhonda Lewis.
A celebration of Life will be held at a future date in Tampa.
