September 16, 1949 – April 6, 2025
Judith was a proud mom to Michael Stark (Elizabeth) and Gregory Stark (Sheila), and a loving grandma to Makayla, Emma, Anthony, Anna and Michael. She was the devoted daughter of Gordon and Marjorie Bautz and shared the last 30 years with her partner Damian Blake. If you were lucky enough to be part of her world, you know she made space for people with warmth, laughter, and a heart that was always open.
She spent 37 years as a teacher, with 22 of those at School 54 in Buffalo, NY, shaping young minds and leaving a legacy of love and learning. Outside the classroom, she had the soul of a musician…her piano, organ, and pipe organ playing filled rooms and hearts, especially during life’s most important moments.
She loved deeply, gave freely, and lived fully.
