Brent was born in Chester, PA and moved to Florida with his family when he was 4. He graduated from Chamberlain High School in Tampa and worked in construction and the cabinet business until he retired.
Brent enjoyed building things, especially with wood. He was a multi-talented handy man and could fix just about anything. He enjoyed cooking and was a great cook. He adored his dog Peaches and loved spending time with family. He also enjoyed feeding and watching the wild birds in the yard.
His true passion was gardening and he spent endless hours tending to his collection of plants and trees.
Brent was preceded in death by his father Kenneth, mother Catherine and brother Michael.
He leaves behind his wife, Mitzi; children, Joseph (BJ) and his wife Glynis, Joshua and his wife Jeannie, Jillian and her husband Matthew; grandchildren, Kelvin Rolon, Kiara Amaro, Adrian (AJ) Schoch, Bryce Schoch, Belle Schoch, Jocelyn Juncal, and Tristan Juncal; sisters, Debbie Schoch Mabry, Denise Schoch Sebree and her husband Wyatt, Lori Schoch Russell and her husband Rusty.
Brent made monthly donations to the Tunnels to Towers foundation, if anyone would like to make a donation in his honor.
There will be an informal celebration of life bar-b-que to be announced at a later date.
