Joseph Matthew McHenry

McHenry, Joseph Matthew passed from this earth to be with Our Father in Heaven in the early morning hours of November 30, 2015. Joseph was born in Tampa on July 21, 1996. When he was two years old Joseph moved to Dallas, Texas with his mother, Angela. She married her husband, Brad in 2002 and Joseph gained an older brother and sister, Mason and Autumn Rose and his Dad. In 2003 his new baby sister, Faith-Marie was born. The new family moved back to Tampa in 2005. Joseph loved people and people loved him. Joseph lit up a room when he walked in with his million dollar smile. His friends often said how he made them feel special and how he always had a kind word for everyone. He loved soccer, dancing and having a great time with his friends, whom were many. Joseph's favorite thing was to make people laugh and feel good. And he had an infectious & unique laugh! Joseph loved his family and he loved The Lord. He graduated from Sickles High School in 2014 and then worked at his Dad's Chiropractic Clinic for a year. He was a student at St. Pete College and had plans to major in Economics. Joseph was a Christian baptized in the name of Our Father and His Son Jesus Christ. His Spirit will be forever with us. Joseph we miss you and always will. Joseph even in his last days was thinking of others, he so willingly & was always the first to lend a helping hand. A visitation will be held Friday, December 11 from 10am-1pm at Blount & Curry Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 W Bearss Ave, Tampa; with a graveside service to follow at 3pm at Trinity Memorial Gardens.
