He was a beloved father, grandfather, a respected successful businessman, and a Christian. While he will be missed by so many, we are thankful that he is in the arms of his beloved wife, Lindy, who passed away in February of this year. Both Joe and Lindy were members of Idlewild Church and the Omegan's Bible Study group. One definition of an Omegan is one who cares and spends time caring for others in need, a perfect definition of Joe and Lindy.
Joe is predeceased by his wife, Lindy Johnson, and is survived his two sons, Joseph Walter Johnson and David Clifford, his Daughter Sharri Johnson and his daughter-in-laws, Marci Lee Johnson, Alla Clifford, and Bonnie Joel. His grandchildren, Joey Johnson, PaytonJo Johnson, Kody Daughtery, Nancy Joel, and Leah Joel. His Great Grandchildren, Amelie and August Lee Daugherty.
A celebration of Joe's life, because he wouldn't have it any other way, will be on Thursday, December 1st, 2022, at the Idlewild Church, 18333 Exciting Idlewild Blvd Lutz, Fl 33548, beginning at 11:00 am.
