He was born April 1, 1958 in San Salvador, El Salvador to his parents Jose Quintanilla and Elizabeth Garcia de Quintanilla. He is survived by his wife, Carmen; son, Jose Fernando; daughter, Rebeca; mother, Elizabeth; two brothers; two sisters and many loving family and friends.
