MANZOLILLO, John M., Jr., 67, passed away on September 11, 2013 in Tampa, FL. John was a hair stylist to the stars. Early in his career, he traveled extensively as a free lance hair stylist for a number of fashion magazine’s photo shoots. He was the hair stylist of First Ladies in the White House and he once was called to style the hair of Margaret Thatcher, former Prime Minister of England. In his later years, he was a hair stylist for the French Accent Salon, located in the InterContinental Hotel in Tampa. He was an active volunteer for Hospice and received the Hospice of Hillsborough 1993 Volunteer of the Year Award. John was preceded in death by his parents, John and Anna Manzolillo and his life friend, Christian Duquesney. He is survived by his sisters, Joan Nielsen and Maureen Pellegrini (Frank); nieces and nephews Andre, Nikolaj, Anja, Jennifer (Peter), and Frank Jr. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in John’s name to LifePath Hospice.
