Joe D Falcon

FALCON, Joseph David, 64, passed away Saturday February 18, 2023 in Tampa, FL. Joe David was born in Brooklyn, New York and grew up in Puerto Rico. He was preceded in death by his father Elias Falcon, and his mother Maria Eva Falcon. He was a Catholic.

Joe David volunteered and served in the United States Air Force as a Telephone Switching Equipment Repairman for six years and was awarded the Air Force Good Conduct Medal.

After separation from the Airforce he worked as a Telephone Central Installer with various telephone companies. He also worked for the U.S. Postal Service and as a Security Guard. Joe David enjoyed going to the movies and listening to different types of music; he especially enjoyed Christmas music.

Joe David is survived by his sisters, Elisa Leland (Jim) and Lourdes Blanchard (Robert), brother, Luis A. Falcon (Deborah) and nieces, Taylor Shakespeare (Josh), Morgan Shelquist (Max) and Hailey Clark (Dylan).

The family wants to thank the staff of Life Path Hospice for their assistance and support given to the family and our beloved brother during the last stages of his illness.

Joe David lives on in the hearts and the memories of all those who loved him dearly.

Joe David’s last wishes were to be cremated. Private burial services will be held at Garden of Memories.
