Jason Scott Sutch

Jason was born on Friday, November 13, 1970 in Zelienople, PA to Michael Sutch and LuAnn McCarty. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Florida State, his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Florida A & M, and his PhD in Educational Leadership from Madison University. Jason was a teacher, an administrator, and worked in educational sales for the last 20 years, most recently as Vice President of Government Affairs at Renaissance Learning. On May 29, 1993, he married his best friend, Heidi Sutch, and together they raised two daughters, Ashley and Abbigail.

Jason had a passion for travel and food and shared this passion with everyone he met. He was known for his quick wit, infectious laugh, booming voice, and charismatic personality. He was loved by everyone he met, and was very generous both in life and in his death, as he donated multiple organs to save/change other’s lives. He had a larger than life presence, and dedicated his life to loving his family and friends. He was a strong Christian and we know that he has found eternal peace in Heaven.
