Janice T. Thomas

Janice was born September 15, 1943 in Bluefield, WV to mother Josephine

Phipps and father Herbert Thompson, step-father Fred Phipps. Janice moved to

Florida at the age of 14. She married Stanley Thomas on August 5, 1959 in

Fitzgerald, GA. They remained married until Stanley's passing in October of

2007.

Janice worked at Red Roof Inn as a housekeeper for 5 years and as a Mobile

Home Park Manager for 36 years.

Janice was known to her grand kids as Nanny. Nanny is survived by her

daughter and son in law, Janet & Todd Pippin, her son and daughter in law,

Frank III and ShaShawny Thomas. Nanny had 6 grand kids, Samantha, Rachel,

Kimberly, Frank, Clarissa and Hayley. She also had 2 great grand kids, Paul

and Koby.

Our nanny was a big fan of Johnny Cash, game shows and anything to do with

dogs. Her beloved Pepper was by her side as she moved on to the next world.

Janice "Nanny" was loved by all and will be greatly missed by each and

everyone who knew her.

"Till we meet again, don't know where, don't know when, but I know we will

meet again some sunny day."
