James H. Horn, 81, passed away on January 6, 2017. Jim is preceded by his parents, James "Howard" and Virginia Mae Horn, survived by his loving wife, Carmen Derriso, brother Gerald Horn, sister Deanna Harris, son James Horn, daughter Darsi Kemp, stepdaughters Angela Gardner and Maria Derriso, eight grandchildren: Jessica (Ben), Brittney, Jayme, Norman, Michael, Christopher, Mishelle and Elisabeth, and many close friends. Jim was born and raised in Spokane, WA and moved to the Tampa Bay Area 32 years ago. He was an active member of the West Tampa Latin Rotary Club and Club Ibérico Español. A memorial service will be held in his honor at Blount & Curry Funeral Home, 605 S. MacDill Avenue in Tampa, on January 14, 2017 at 1:00 pm.
