FLEMING, James “Diamond Jim” 75, passed away January 24, 2019 at St. Joseph Hospital in Tampa, Florida. He was the husband of Molly Fleming. They shared 18 years of marriage. Born in Covington, KY. He was a resident of Tampa for over 61 years. He served in the U.S. Airforce. He graduated from USF and spent his career as a top employee of Abbott Diagnostics. He is survived by his spouse Molly, his daughters; Nicole and husband JJ Gee, Adrienne and her husband Khris Lugo, his stepdaughter Vale and her husband Damien Stradley, and stepson Mark and wife Shannon Tootle. He is also survived by his brother Chuck and wife Janice Fleming. He had 12 grandchildren; Taylor, Connor, Cannon, Maximus, Tomas, Adriana, Nathan, Joel, Jordan, Avery, McCoy, and Stratton. He had 16 nieces and nephews. Go Noles. The Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at the Garden of Memories, 4207 E. Lake Ave., Tampa, FL 33610. Visitors will be received from 5-7 pm with a service at 6 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Hillsborough County Pet Resources Foundation Inc.
