Perillo, Jacqueline “Jackie” – 71 passed away on January 23, 2020 after a long battle with COPD. Jackie is survived by her son, Rich (Jen) and two granddaughters, Jolie and Avery. The family thanks all of her many caregivers over the years and the support of Life Path Hospice during the final stages of her life. The family will celebrate Jackie’s memory in a private celebration of life.
