Irene House, a long time resident of Toledo Ohio, passed away peacefully in the company of her children and grand children on April 10, 2017. Irene and her husband Robert, who passed away in 2008, moved to Tampa Florida in 2000 to be closer to their four children, Kathleen Cook, Suzanne Cook, Robert Michael (Mike) House, and Jennifer Fulford, after retirement. They enjoyed the company of their ever-growing family of grandchildren and great-grand children during holidays, special occasions, and a multitude of family celebrations. For the last five years Irene resided at Aston Gardens, an Assisted Living facility in Tampa, and enjoyed the many activities they provided throughout her stay. The family would like to express our gratitude to Hospice for caring for our mom Irene throughout her short illness and also thank the staff at Aston Gardens for all the kindness and caring they showed towards our mom and to all the family members who showed up to say their goodbyes during her final days. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to LifePath Hospice,.https://lifepathhospice.chaptershealth.org whose caring personnel were instrumental in helping us through these difficult times, or any other Hospice organization of your choice.
