Freya Pagitt, age 79, of Tampa, Florida passed away on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. Born Tuesday, April 15, 1945, in Camiguin Island, Philippines, she was one of seven children of the late Eugenio and Josefa (Carrillo) Amparo. She received her Law degree from the University of the East, and practiced Family Law in the Philippines before moving to the United States.
She will be remembered and missed by her children, David A. (Lisa) Ballesteros and Annaleah B. (David) Prevatt; her grandchildren, Noah Ballesteros, Cole Ballesteros, Peyton Ballesteros and Byron Wigfall; her siblings, Adonis Amparo, Clotho Amparo, Demosthenes Amparo, Eden Bantique, Greta Amparo-Mangalus and Helen Molina.
