HOLLAND, Fred “Buddy”, 74, of Tampa, born November 17, 1935, passed away at University Community Hospital August 14, 2010. He is survived by his wife, Sarah M. Holland; step-daughters, Peggy Saunders, Judith Lankford and husband Bob Lankford; sons, Jerry and Steve Tinker of Tampa; sister, Betty Holland Spires and family of North Carolina; nephews, Keven Spires, Ron Murphy; niece, Mary Lee Maddon and their families of Plant City. A special thanks to other relatives, loving friends and neighbors for their support to his family. Fred attended Sulpher Springs High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Tank Corp serving in West Germany. He was a dedicated employee at Crown Zellerbach Container Corp before retirement. A celebration of life will take place 2 p.m. Saturday, August 21, 2010 at Gonzalez Funeral Home. He will be missed dearly with warmest memories always. We love you Fred, My Buddy, Our Friend!
