Elizabeth Sanders

Elizabeth Sanders was born in Tullow, County Carlow Ireland to Lawrence Roche and Margret Murphy Roche on February 23, 1938. She went to school in Tullow, Ireland. Elizabeth married Billy G Sanders Sr. on November 5, 1958 in Elizabeth City, North Carolina.

Elizabeth was a dedicated Navy Wife for over 30 years, for 28 years she worked as a health care assistant to Alzheimer’s and Dementia patients. Treating each patient with the Love and kindness God placed in heart.

Elizabeth is preceded in death by her husband Billy G Sanders Sr.

She is survived by sons; Martin and Billy G Sanders Jr, daughter; Mary Jenkins, brother; Christie Roche, grandchildren; Tiffany Jenkins, Renneker Jenkins, Carter Jenkins, Leah Moreno, Rebekah Norris, Andrew Sanders, great-grandchildren; Emma, Noah, Josiah, Madison, and Selah.

A memorial service will be held at Blount & Curry Funeral Home- Carrollwood Chapel, 3207 West Bearss Ave, Tampa Fl 33618 on Thursday July 22nd from 12pm to 1pm.

Memorial Mass will be held at St. Paul Catholic Church on Thursday July 22nd at 2pm.

Committal service will be at Bay Pines National Cemetery.
