HOOVER, Edna Foot, 94, died Jan. 16, 2015. Born in PA, she moved to the Wash, DC area at age 16 where she lived for 51 years. Married to Ernest David Hoover (dec.) for 58 years, she sailed to FL with him on their trimaran in 1988, moving to Tampa the next year. She is survived by son, David of Rockville, MD, daughter, Esther Dillenbeck of Tampa, sister, Ruth Evans-Matthews of Bath, NY, grandchildren, Dawn D. Titus (Paul), Steven Dillenbeck , and Cindi Hoover-Malmstrom (Rex), 4 great-grandsons, and numerous nieces and nephews. We will celebrate her life at 1 pm on Feb. 7, 2015 in the chapel at Bayshore Baptist Church, Tampa.
