Doris Francisca Capote

CAPOTE, Doris Francisca, 86, went to her heavenly home on February 10th, 2023, after a brief illness. Doris will always be remembered as a strong woman, who loved and fiercely protected her family. She was an incredible mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and aunt. She was born on September 17, 1936, in Quemados de Guines, Cuba. There she met and married the love of her life, Juan Capote in 1957. They fled to the United States of America in 1962, so that their children could grow up in the land of the free.

She is survived by her daughters, Ana Capote (Chris), Elizabeth Rodriguez and Lissett Foreman (Frere’). Grandchildren, Sebastian Bell, Bryce Rodriguez, Sean Rodriguez, Gabriella Foreman and Lorenzo Foreman.

Her final wish was to be buried in a private ceremony.
