Born in Toronto, Canada, on May 18, 1945, she worked for over 30 years at Delta Air Lines as a reservations supervisor and training instructor. Denny’s inner light touched everyone she knew with her loving spirit, infectious laugh and wit. The music of Barbra Streisand and so many others brought such joy to her life, as did her passion for antiques and collectibles. An avid animal lover, she enjoyed scuba diving, swimming with manatees, whale watching and dogs of all kinds. She will be profoundly missed by her family and lifelong friends.
Denny is survived by her chosen daughter, Lívia Pontes of Washington,
DC; her brother, Earl Dworkin of Schenectady, NY and his wife,
Patricia Cassady; her beloved cockapoo, Annie; and by her nieces and nephew, Joy, Leslie, and John Dworkin.
