She was predeceased by her loving mother, Ann C Salter and younger brother, Ronnie.

Debbie will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her husband of 45 years, Neal Sr of Riverview, FL; Her three children: Misty(Donnie) of Plant City, FL, Nicole(Jon) of Bradenton, FL and Neal Jr. of Tampa, FL; Her seven grand-children: Branden, Tracy, Keira, Kyler, Camryn, Raegyn and Charli.

She will also be dearly missed by her siblings, many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, in-laws and friends.

Debbie loved her family fiercely. Her husband, children and grandchildren were her entire world. You could say loving them and spending time with them was her true passion in life. She was their rock, their best friend, their biggest supporter. From attending her own children’s activities to her also attending her grand-children’s cheer competitions and lacrosse games. She always showed up for everything. To know her was to instantly love her. She was a beautiful light that made everyone feel her love, kindness, compassion, loyalty, selflessness and acceptance.

Debbie was a loyal employee with Hillsborough County Public Schools for 36 years and worked at many schools within the county. She held several positions over her career including; a cook, a Para Professional, certified ESE specialist and Data Processor.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 22, 2024 at Blount & Curry Funeral Home at Garden of Memories. The immediate-family private viewing will take place from 10 am – 11am. Public viewing services will take place from 11am - 1pm. Burial services will immediately follow, taking place at 1pm.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Home Place on December 14, 2024, time to be announced soon.
