Darrell Edward Wilton

He worked in the culinary field at the Tampa Club, Hardee's, Amalie arena, Raymond James Stadium and most recently at the Shrimp Boat in Brandon.

Darrell will be forever loved, dearly missed, remembered for his infectious laugh and dedication to his family. He was passionate in his role as a loving uncle to his brother Donald’s children Nick and Monica and grandchildren, Casey, Cole and baby Julia, who was the light of his life.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William Clark and Evelyn L. Drew and Ernest Jack Sr. and Madelyn F. McCrary. His brother Donald R. Wilton. His uncles EJ and Robert McCrary and Richard E. Wilton. Survived by his mother, Harriett M. Sullivan and husband Sam Sullivan. His father Larry A. Drew and wife Lois Drew.; Brother Clark and Sisters Dawn, Donna and Debra. Sister-in-law Pam. Brother-in-law Todd. Nieces Ashley and Monica, Nephews Nick, Austin, Eddy Michael, Julian. Great Nieces Sophia and Julia. Great Nephews Casey and Cole. Aunt Sally Kamrada (Marty), Uncle Clyde McCrary, Cousins (11), Half-brothers (6)

The family will receive friends at Blount Curry Funeral Home at the Garden of Memories Chapel on Saturday, May 27, 2023 from 10-11 AM with services at 11AM at the funeral home. Interment to follow at the Garden of Memories Cemetery at 12 pm.
