Darlene A Goldman

Charley was born in Chicago, IL to Mary and Ray on March 13, 1940. She married Al Goldman on July 22, 1972 in Las Vegas, NV. Besides being a wonderful mother and wife she had many careers including Homemaker, Seamstress/Clothing Maker, Cocktail Waitress, Real Estate Sales, Quilter/quilting instructor, Wedding Gown Retail Sales, Jewelry Maker, and others. She was involved in Illinois Horse Show Association, Real Estate organizations, Al-Anon, Alliance of Therapy Dogs, and others. One of the highlights of Charley’s life was showing Arabian Horses in Saddle Seat competition, which she did with much success throughout the mid-west for many years.

Charley is survived by Al Goldman (husband), Mary Ann Losavio (daughter), Linda (Michael) Jones (daughter), Joseph Losavio (son), Andrew (Sharon) Sciabbarasi (brother), Flo (Mark) Falck (sister), Matthew & Kevin Jones (grandsons), Taylor Marie Jones (great-granddaughter), Ace & Hairy (current dogs).

A visitation and reception will be held from 1:30 PM to 3:30pm on Sunday, August 15, 2021 at Blount & Curry FH-Carrollwood, followed by a Celebration of Life beginning at 3:30 PM.
