FRIZZELL, Constance Hallett, age 93, of Tampa, passed away Sunday, May 25, 2014. She was preceded in death by her son, William Frizzell, sister, Jean Hallett and brother, Bill Hallett. Born September 21, 1920 in New Brunswick, Canada to her parents, Stella Anderson and G. Budd Hallett. Constance earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maine and went on to teach Elementary School. She later moved to Washington, DC, where she worked as a Classified Secretary for the FBI. While in Washington, Constance met and married the love of her life, Arthur P. Frizzell. She and Arthur travelled the world as she supported him during his career with the CIA. When Arthur retired in 1974, they relocated to Tampa. She is survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Arthur; daughter, Nancy F. Rupp (Bob); grandchildren, Terry Rupp (Jill) and Chad Rupp (Shannon); great-grandchildren, Braxton, Gavin, Jake, Shane and Anderson and brother, Carl Hallett of Albany, OR. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m., Friday, June 6, 2014 at St. Catherine of Alexandria Episcopal Church, 502 Druid Hills Rd, Temple Terrace, FL 33617.
