SCOGGINS, Cleave McClure, 67, of Tampa passed away on February 23, 2019. He was preceded in death by his wife of 23 years, Louise. Survivors include his children, Danielle Weber and husband Tony, Mark Scoggins and wife Danielle, and Jeremy Scoggins; stepchildren, Denise McLain and John Linder; sisters, Nancy Clift, Wanda Bailey, Kim Perez; 11 grandchildren; and his furry companion Bandit. Cleave owned and operated C&S Signs in the Tampa area for many years and was once an active member of the North Hillsboro Moose Lodge. A memorial service will be held at 7pm on Thursday, February 28 at the Blount & Curry Funeral Homes-Oldsmar, West Hillsborough Chapel, 6802 Silvermill Dr, Tampa. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to American Cancer Society in his memory.
