She is survived by her two daughters, Charlene French-Bunch (Kevin), Michelle French-Clark (Jim), grand-daughter Amber Griffeth; brother in law Larry French (Sybil), sister in law Ginny French-Gallagher (Dennis) and nieces and a nephew.
Kaye was a former member at Lake Carroll Baptist Church and was employed 19 years at University of South Florida.
She loved tropical plants and flowers and enjoyed the beach collecting seashells. One of her favorite things was traveling with Bob to his Charlie Company- 4th/47th Infantry, 9th Infantry Division reunions to spend time with his army buddies and their families. She was proud of Bob and was by his side since they were high school sweethearts.
Mom loved cardinals that are a symbol of faith, joy, hope and love sent from God and a symbol of Christmas because of their vibrant red color. Her favorite season was Christmas and always had cardinals hanging in the tree. We will always do the same.
We love you Mom! We will always remember the wonderful memories we made together and the hundreds of goodbye hugs we made after her each visit.
Amber has fond memories of going to Ballast Point Pier to get ice cream with you and grandpa. Amber will never forget your smile and loving hugs.
Kaye will be reunited with Bob at a graveside dual ceremony that will include military honors for Bob’s final resting place with Kaye by his side.
The graveside service will occur Sunday September 3, 2023 from 10:00am at Garden of Memories - 4207 E. Lake Avenue Tampa, FL 33610.
