Charlene M. Arnold was born in Waunakee, WI to James and Eleanor Ripp on May 29, 1930. She married James F. Arnold on May 2, 1953 at St. John’s Church, Waunakee, WI. She worked as an accountant for the Veteran’s Administration in Madison, WI for over 30 years. She was a devout Catholic and was active in her church. Charlene ushered at the 4 o’clock Saturday Vigil Mass for many years at Espiritu Santo Catholic Church. She was involved in homeowners’ committees at her residence, Aston Gardens, and coordinated with Incarnation Catholic Church to have masses held there for the Catholic residents. She was an avid cross-stitcher and created many beautiful works of art.
Charlene M. Arnold is preceded in death by her husband, James F. Arnold, her mother and father, Eleanor and James Ripp, and her brothers, Vernon Ripp and Richard Ripp.
Charlene M. Arnold is survived by her daughter, Lori Taylor, and her son-in-law Colin Taylor, grandchildren Jessica Rudig, (husband Doug Rudig), Brian Taylor, (fiancée Amber Molodecki), great-grandchildren, Alexa, Matthew, Emily, Paityn, Brian, and Evan.
Pallbearers will be Brian Taylor, Doug Rudig, Byron Taylor, Shawn Taylor, Domingo Diaz, and Scott Spitolnick
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, with a viewing from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM, Saturday, October 26, 2019 at Espiritu Santo Catholic Church. 2405 Philippe Pkwy, Safety Harbor, FL 34695. After the service there will be a gathering in the John Bosco Hall, adjacent to the church, with food and beverages.

Charlene M. Arnold was an amazing wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend. She was an inspiration to all who knew her. She will be greatly missed, but now Charlene is reunited with our Heavenly Father and her beloved husband, Jim, brothers, parents and deceased loved ones.
You give me hope, St. Jude, in the face of loss and sorrow. I pray that you will intercede for all souls, to help guide them to eternal rest with Christ. May the hope that you offer be a source of comfort to all those who grieve. For in that hope and through our faith, we experience Gods’ love for us, and trust in His promise of eternal life. Amen.
