Carolyn Sue Perez, 71, of Tampa, passed away on October 23,2022.
Carolyn was born on March 7, 1951 in West Virginia. After moving to Tampa, Carolyn held successful careers as a hairdresser for many years, real estate agent, as well as caretaker.
Carolyn was predeceased by her brother Roger, lifelong companion Phil, and father Ernest Baez. She is survived by her mother Hattie Baez and nieces Amber Murphy and Ashley Baez along with many close loved ones and friends.
Services will be held at Gonzalez Funeral Home on Saturday, November 5th at noon. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Shriners Hospital.
