Carmen Perez, 86, passed away June 15, 2017. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jose Delio Perez Sr. and son, Robert Michael Perez. She retired from Tampa General Hospital, where she served as the head medical technologist. She is survived by her brother, Manuel Casal; son, Jose
Delio Perez Jr. and his wife, Jean Marie; grandchildren, Bobby (Crissie), Brett (Cassie), Danielle, and Katie; and great-grandchildren, Caiden, Tate, Sloan, and Brooks. Funeral services will be held at 11 am, Tuesday, June 20, at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4201 E. Lake Avenue, Tampa, FL, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to services. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the LifePath Hospice Purple Team for their care and support.
